This Privacy Policy describes how PISTISAPI LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the Routic websites, API gateway, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) when you are in the United States or when U.S. law applies to you.

Personal information we may collect includes: identifiers and contact details (such as name, email address, company name); account credentials and authentication records; payment-related information processed by our payment partners (we generally do not store full card numbers); technical and network data (such as IP address, device or browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and server logs); and usage data related to API requests and billing (such as token usage metrics, timestamps, and error codes) as needed to operate, secure, and invoice the Services.

We use personal information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Services; authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse; communicate with you about the Services, billing, and support; process payments and reconcile usage; comply with law and respond to lawful requests; and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, the public, and our systems.

You may also have the right to receive information about financial incentives, if any, that we offer.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and system constraints.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may process personal information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your state.
