The services are provided by PISTISAPI LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, “our”). Registered address: RM 18, 27/F, Ho King Comm CTR, 2-16 Fayuen ST, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

We provide cloud-based API gateway and related software services for accessing large language model capabilities, subject to your plan, agreement with us, and published documentation. Features, limits, and availability may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are responsible for safeguarding accounts, credentials, and API keys. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, to probe or breach systems without authorization, or to abuse or circumvent technical or contractual usage limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

We do not offer services where prohibited by applicable law. You must not use the services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or subject to comprehensive sanctions programs that restrict such use, or if you are otherwise barred under applicable export-control or sanctions rules. You represent that your use complies with those rules.

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. The new version states its effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
